If for some reason the reservation, that was done through a required down payment, were to be cancelled, we adjust by the following ways.
1. Cancellation must be done via email.
2. If the cancellation of the reservation is done 60 days in advance from the day of check-in, 50% of the down payment will be returned after deducting the corresponding expenses.
3.If the cancellation of the reservation is not done within the 60 days from the day of check-in, the 50% of the down payment will not be returned.
4. In case the reservation date is of holidays like Christmas, New years, the down payment will not be returned, no exceptions.
5. The extension of an already programmed stay, will depend on the availibility of the apartment that is reserved. If the extension of the reserved aparment it is not possible, other options will be sujested to adjust to your request.
